Still hanging in there

I have been working on various new items and listed them on the various auction sites. My primary ones are Etsy.com and Auction-genies.com and witchmarket.com. The last two are free until I sell.

I can't tell you how many times I got frustrated with this pattern and chucked the whole project. I didn't have all the shades of colors I thought I had and as this project went along I was thinking, they (my step mom and my sister) won't like it and don't understand I am doing this to show how much I really do care about them.

Anyway I am getting closer on finishing the portrait pouch of my sister. I even have half the back done. Then i need to make the chain. Boy are my eyes tired lately lol. I have a hard time seeing anyway and the beads are so tiny. I took a picture of this just before I started working on the back. I was relieved when I got to the end and it kinda looks ok. At least i think so.

Today is my step moms birthday and i am still working on her present. .
I love beading but sometimes I just can't bring myself to finish a project. This one is pretty huge its a portrait bead pouch of her daughter, It's coming along pretty ok but I didn't have all the right colors in the 15/0s im using. I have been making due with what i have and i am about half way done but i am so full of doubts. Normally I would just let it go and not even worry about the colors as long as the picture looks right (i did a pouch of my son in just three colors) but i have those old childhood worries that she wont like it or will criticize it.
I really wanted to have it to her by today, but I still have half to go and still the otherside of the pouch! augh! it will probably be some kind of pretty flower and I still have the chain/rope to do!

I listed a couple of bracelets this morning. I am all the time working on new ideas and improving old ones. This is something I came up with after looking at somthing the other day.

I recently joined the INCrowdteam but no one knows it yet, I am a bit shy. I did an interview and sent it in but it hasn't been posted on the group page yet. I guess the mods are changing and I got lost in the shuffle. I don't mind because I am still trying to get myself together and I am not quite ready to talk to everybody.
So I guess I'll just hang around and see what everyone else is doing. I hope you all don't mind.
